Our employees and associates come from a variety of industry backgrounds and possess different specialist skills with a clear emphasis on value systems. However, we all share the same basic values when it comes to our work. Openness and honesty both with intelligence for business colleagues and with clients is paramount. We are all prepared to stand up and be counted and we apply intellectual rigour to everything we do.
To create the best result in supporting our customers we look for the best fit with our experienced associates and staff. Our associates are experienced principals, who have line or staff experience as well as consulting experiences. In many cases, our principals have worked for large consultancies or in higher management functions in multinational companies. Some of our principals do a lot on knowledge development and are lined up with a university for which they work part-time.
