Business proposition - The strategy definition

This is the first major step in defining a program. During this step the "new" business is defined and aligned with the supporting organisation and ICT structures (mapping process). We mostly assist our client and colleagues of the major strategic consulting firms on execution issues rather then in defining a business proposition.
