Program management - the full program

Managing the Program is not equal to managing the underlying projects. Managing the Program is geared to make sure the required projects are set-up and executed, assuring quality, managing the risks and monitoring and controlling the progress of those projects. Moreover the Program manager should interact between the steering committee (board) and the projects and make sure the projects are aligned to work in the same direction of the overall goal of the program.
